A library for the kids
Find books, scan them and borrow them with a personal library card.
Our books now have a small library of their own. The kids can choose books and check them out using a scanner and their own library cards.
The application connects to Google Books and the German National Library for book information. The project combines software with something tangible: a book, a scanner and a card.
I built the application with help from AI. What I especially like is that the kids can use it themselves. It’s a small project from our daily life that gives technology a practical purpose.
